This Gaspereau Cottage floor plan a total living area of 902 sq. ft. on the main and second floors. Add a basement as in the example shown here, and increase your total living space to 1437 sq. ft.

The open concept living area downstairs has a comfortable living area with space for a woodstove, an efficient kitchen and a dining area. There is a full bath on the main floor, as well as an entry with a coat closet, and a utility room.

Upstairs there is a bedroom and a loft area at the top of the stairs, which could be used as an office or hobby area.

Here’s another version of the Gaspereau, built on a slab without a basement. The frame is very similar but some details are different.
